My 1 year old threw up all over the sofa and rug, the smell was unbearable. This company is very professional, they managed to fit me in the same day. They are very quick, efficient and friendly. Jay came to my home and paid attention to detail in every aspect of cleaning, lastly they offer reasonable prices unlike other companies. Would definitely call them again when needed.

Where to start?! I am London based, requested for my floors and sofa to be done. One stunk of weed and the other one seemed arrogant as ever and didnt take much care or time, How do you run a business ?! 0 stars if i could!!!! And i am offended to be then replies with a lie... A LIAR AND A USER?! Not even an apology?!!!

Jay did a great job and was very quick as well. I emailed him on a Mon and by Wed the carpets were clean. He even arranged it all with my tenant to save me the hassle. I'll definitely use this firm again.

They may do a great job on your carpets bit if you care about the environment please be aware that I followed their van on the A5183 todayand saw litter thrown out of the window. This antisocial and illegal behaviour makes a business unworthy of support.

Jay came and reviewed the state of the carpets, I asked a couple of questions and then he just got on with it! Carpets came out looking new. There was 1 patch that was really bad and Jay went over it a few times until it was just very faint.

Was let down by another company who cancelled a prebooked appointment. Called Jay who fitted me in straight away at cheaper price! Great job done on living room and hallway carpet. Highly recommended.
