Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They held our parcel for two weeks. Didn’t even bother informing us. After many phone calls they came up with “no one has a key to the van” excuse. Not even a simple apology. Totally unprofessional and plain rude. Avoid! There are many other similar services to choose from. I hope this review will save you the trauma we have gone through with Poland Express Ltd. Avoid at any cost!

Very unreliable! Don't trust these people

honest company that does the job that you paid for. Customer service is not a priority but they have been very reliable so far in all our transactions and they are also quick. None of the parcels had any damage and they charge a very very reasonable fee. Recommended!

I definitely do not recommend, in fact I advise against using the Poland Express Ltd transport company. Arrogant driver who has no customer service. He brazenly lied to his face when we returned the parcels, saying that he had already weighed them (he didn't have a scale) and he used made-up kilograms (by eye). He said that the parcels weighed 80 kg and when they arrived in Poland, it turned out that they weighed only 50 kg! When I called him to tell him about it, he was opposed, he couldn't apologize and he kept arguing. I was deceived, I am very dissatisfied and embittered with this approach to the customer (or rather the lack thereof). Never use this company again. I do not recommend it, avoid it at all costs.

Very arrogant behavior of the courier. They throw parcels in front of the customer, and finally they don't answer the phone - so the parcel cannot be picked up. Attention - bush company. Give a wide berth.
