Lloyd let me down on multiple occasions. First on giving a quote for a bathroom refurb - said he forgot. I then (stupidly!) asked him to carry out a cistern flush mechanism repair. The appointment was set for any time after 12 noon to give them max flexibility and I organised my working day to accommodate this. He called first thing in the morning to change the appointment to come within 1 or 1.5 hours. I simply asked that the plumber not attends before 11am as I had a video meeting finishing at that point. Lloyd suddenly started shouting down the phone, became incredibly rude and aggressive, said he refused to be pinned down on time and that they would not come at all and hung up the phone (when I had said absolutely nothing except asking him to calm down because I was so intimidated by his aggressive phone call out of the blue). Needless to say they did not attend at all and my day was ruined. I would seriously caution against dealing with this company.

Really, really poor service. Lloyd took so long to send me a quote and by the time that he did we have received a quote and the job was completed. When I received his quote a week later, hsi response was absolutely shocking. Bad service.

Lloyd and his team recently completed a relatively tricky boiler replacement for me. They provided a detailed quote and then completed the work in two days. The installation was done to an extremely high standard and the team was courteous and professional throughout. The combination of good price and excellent workmanship really impressed me and I would recommend the Purple Group without any hesitation!

I was very happy with the service provided by the Purple Group Team. The standard of work was high and I had no concerns in leaving them to get on with the job. They followed all COVID-19 guidance for trades people and tidied up before they left. I would definitely recommend Purple group for your plumbing needs and will definitely go to them first if I need any further work completed. Reasonable pricing was a real bonus !

What a superb collection of proper people. No job too small. Always available to talk and swoop in to the rescue when you have no hot water or heating. Have used them for years - highly recommended.

I must say Lloyd and is team are exceptional. I had Lloyd on my project and his professionalism and experience was extremely helpful. He made the difference. Brilliant company to work with and one I would highly recommend.

I feel like i have to leave a review for this guys as the service they provided was exceptional. Their guy was at my door at 8am sharp and he surprised me with his knowledge and professionalism. Go up and down my stairs few times, fixed my heating and told me what should i do to "keep the boiler doctor away". Very happy with the service and definitely recommend them.
