Mark was very easy to with, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it just as he said he would. No delays, no drama, just straightforward problem solving, engineering and craftsmanship! Our 20 year old Came motor was playing up. Gates were getting Stuck. We felt that it was time to get an experienced expert in. We found Mark of Total Automation on website and got him in to investigate. He advised a replacement with upgraded model with facility to operate through Came App. We went ahead and the replacement was done on time. The app facility to partially or fully open and close remotely is fantastic. The sensors developed a fault and Mark tried to diagnose the fault remotely but couldn’t so came promptly. New sensors were ordered and fixed within 5 days. Fabulous service. Would recommend him and the Company without hesitation.

I found Mark using google as his reviews were excellent and he was fairly local to me. From start to finish Mark was very approachable, professional and extremely knowledgeable. His quote was competitive too. As part of the work, Mark replaced our worn out motors, putting in new ground level boxes, motors, sensors, control panel and all new cabling (which was hidden in the ground where possible). The new system is great and working flawlessly. I recommend Mark 100%.
