I'm doing this review on behalf of my 84 year old mother in law Beryl Davis... The cleaning company were punctual, friendly and gave a superb service from top to toe. I would highly recommend!

Great experience with this company! We needed an urgent cleaner whitin the same day and they did everything in their power to provide us with one and they did! Service was good and loved the fact how punctual the person was when coming in. She adapted to our needs and helped. us with everything, including moving furnitures. Nevertheless, I was expecting more products to bring but the lady only Brough Detol and window leaner. Because we needed a last minute cleaner, the charge was a little bit excessive, but I ma sure if you plan it in advanced, you will get a great value. Service: Deep clean

Great end of tenancy service provided in Croxley by the team. The job took longer than expected but they went the extra mile by staying longer and even adding another team member. I can highly recommend them for their trustworthy and excellent service.

The attitude of the owner Maxi leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted Maxi over the telephone when the cleaner did not turn up and her automatic response was that I "have the wrong cleaning company as our cleaners are reliable" without checking first. Pretty poor way to start really, and this should have been a red flag for me to stop using them but I carried on as the options seem a bit limited in Watford. However, my latest interaction with Maxi just demonstrates how unprofessional she is. I contact Maxi to let her know that I was not satisfied with the clean carried out by her member of staff. I mean they left the kitchen sink dirty, smears all over the windows instead of cleaning them and were trying to clean the bathroom in the dark. There was no attempt to resolve the situation or offer a remedy. Simply that "my house must have been extra dirty" and she can get another client to call me to explain to me that the cleaner is good. I was not happy to pay for the clean, which seemed to upset her even more and she felt I should pay the full amount as she did not want to be out of pocket. This is pretty ridiculous. As the owner you are in charge of your brand and are responsible for customers being satisfied with the cleaners you provide. However, in her own words "its 2023 so the customer is not always right". Safe to say I won't be using them again or recommending them.
