Ordered a suit for my daughter’s birthday blessing in May through Etsy. Still hasn’t arrived and the seller is ignoring my messages. Really disappointing. Avoid.

I ordered through not on the high street. Took a long time for the item to arrive, when it did it was completely a different colour from what was ordered or shown.. I have sent 2 emails regarding a return the 1st within the 24hrs of delivery as stated on their terms. I I have had no response from them. Would not recommend to anyone to buy from this company. Very disappointing
